Who We Are
We are a registered non-profit national organization based in New Delhi, India. Established in 2010, we have become one of the leading organizations being our top priority - under-privileged children & families, young people, destitute women- our top priority. The future generation of the bottom of the pyramid should be empowered by education, better healthcare, nutrition programs, and building opportunities, so that they can contribute productively to nation building & global sustenance.
What started out as a dream for the founders, Marlo & Sheril, has become the proponent of a fully-fledged mission involving members and volunteers working tirelessly day after day. We also have the support of a global team working with us making it all possible.
Every single day we see great progress being made in the lives of hundreds of children, youth and women in all the communities we work, in New Delhi & other parts of India.
The vision to grow and expand will never cease until there is a shift in our city, lives of the needy people changed forever with hope for the future. We will continue to provide meals daily till India is no longer prevalent for undernourished children. Malnutrition to not remain as a crisis in India. We will not stop until the vulnerability of girls to trafficking for forced commercial sexual exploitation is reduced. Clean water will be provided in all seasons to the sections that are in need. We strongly believe it is the entire community that needs to be strengthened to not just survive and merely live but to thrive and multiply. Therefore, we run our programs on a community based model. We trust in the fact that to grow fast it might help to grow alone but to go far it is necessary to go together.
GOALS 2022-2025
- To open more Hope Centre & Hope Schools to impact 3000 children.
- To launch more Asha Mobile Schools every year.
- To start Mobile Dental Clinic Project in New Delhi & NCR region
- To construct water systems – tube wells, water stations in under-served communities all over the country
- To partner with businesses to start Micro-enterprise projects for families in the marginalised communities.
- To fight Human –Trafficking
- Buying two School Bus (Mobile School Bus) – Estimate Budget INR 40 Lakhs (Approx. $57,140)
- Establish a Hope Centre/Hope School (200 Underprivileged Children) Estimate Budget INR 34 Lakhs (Approx. $48,800) To provide skill training for 500 women in the community) – Estimate Budget INR 24 Lakhs (Approx. $21,400)
- Establish a Mobile Dental Clinic (Providing free dental services for the poor) – Estimate Budget INR 20 Lakhs (Approx. $29,500)
- To support 2500 families with food & medical supplies – Est. Budget INR 20 Lakhs (Approx. $29,500)
- To establish a school for 1,500 students and a Children Development Centre - Estimate Budget INR 3 Crores (approx. $ 400,000)

It was that evening, that one little under-privileged girl child of about 7 years of age, was trying to sell me those beautiful long-stemmed roses on the streets of Delhi to make a living; that literally changed everything in me to look beyond, resulting in starting this mission ‘TejasAsia’ to help & support children who are suffering, to show love, care & concern, to transform lives & communities in India
